Respect the path

Would a meal taste different if the chef entered her restaurant from the front door, back door, or a side window?

I doubt it.

Once inside, nobody cares how you entered.

When securing a job at an organisation I would argue that it matters even less.

Because entering an organisation is like jumping into a lake – no two people can do it the same way twice.

You are different, the jump is different, and the lake is different.

All paths are unique. All paths must be respected.
